Description :

  • Monitors and ensures closure and completion of ICAPs, eDCFC deliverables, Risk and Control Monitoring Reviews, Compliance Trainings, Regulatory Interactions Management System (RIMS) deliverables, Mandatory Absence, Country Outsourcing Governance Committee (COGC) deliverables and EUCs
  • Coordinates and communicates updates with Country Compliance, Country ORM, Country BISO and with the Regional contacts.
  • This also includes reportorial functions such as submission of Monthly Country Compliance Dashboard, Weekly / Monthly Summary of Risk & Control highlights, Summary of Reviews report, eDCFC Heat Map, Start of Year email reminders and MCA Quality Heat Map

  • Prepares and facilitates Dos and Don’ts sessions, IBCO Meetings and IBCO Orientations
  • Assists in different CBPS Business Unit Audit preparations such as, but not limited to, Internal Audit, Regulatory Reviews, In-
  • business Reviews (Third-Party Oversight / Third-Party Risk Management)

  • Assists in the planning and coordination of Information Security Week-related activities
  • May be assigned as the overall MCA, BRCC, VOE, Budget, Attendance, Information Security and Business Recovery Coordinator.
  • i.e. Performs Manager’s Control Assessment (MCA) testing and assists in coordination and validation of proofs and other deliverables for the Quarterly BRCC)

  • Attends In-Business Control (IBC) forums, monthly Accounts Review Committee Meeting, Risk and Control Sessions, Governance Calls and other meetings to represent Risk and Control Team
  • Identifies, interprets and analyzes policy gaps during different reviews and provides process improvements to different Business Units
  • Knowledgeable about risk systems infrastructure including key processes, coverage and data flows in order to identify risk effectively
  • Uses tools and techniques to effectively identify and assess trends and risks
  • Qualifications :

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, as well as, time management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as, presentation skills
  • Attention and thoroughness to details, coupled with a strong follow through discipline
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple requirements and initiatives
  • Ability to liaise and interface with all levels within the organization and across all functions
  • Team player and has customer / client-oriented focus
  • Eligibility :
  • Minimum of 2 years of continuous service in current role
  • Employees who transfer to another program / unit in the same role are required 2 years of continuous service in the role and at least 1 year of service in the new program / unit to be eligible
  • Employees with less than 2 years of continuous service in their current role will need their supervisor’s approval prior to applying for an internal job posting
  • Performance rating of at least 3-Consistently Strong for the previous Year-End review (in both the 'WHAT' and 'HOW' sections of the performance assessment)
  • Has not been subjected to any disciplinary action where the sanction is Final Warning in the last 12 months
