The Impact : The Transcription Proofing Support Staff is responsible for providing direct assistance to the Proofing and Auditing team and the Independent Contractors on any concerns administrative, documentation, process-related.

The Career Opportunity : The Audit team is responsible for final product quality delivered to the customer through its management of the proofing and auditing functions.

The Team / The Business : The overall operation is composed of various teams performing specialized roles voice writing, scoping, editing, proofing, and auditing.

Your Skills : Create / track / disseminate to stakeholders, for all roles, any Proofing metrics reports pertinent to any workflow.

Deliver reports with metrics for all independent contractor work in proofing / auditing.

Other Role / Duties :

  • Create / track / disseminate to stakeholders, for all roles, any Proofing metrics reports pertinent to any workflow
  • Perform data analysis on the performance metrics of all roles, for all calls or at a prescribed sampling rate, to be completed after peak / during off-
  • peak; assist with supervision of additional data analysis tasks if required during off peak

  • Transfer files to / from independent contractors (ICs) for audit / edit as required outside of the system; posting / uploading of these files to the company platform as required
  • Create / deliver reports with metrics for all independent contractor work in proofing / auditing for processing of payment
  • Perform basic and advanced Excel tasks as required (e.g., V-lookup)
  • Assist with the documentation and list management of activities for coverage by the Proofing team, both internal and external parties
  • Provide communication support for external vendors and ICs, including responding to queries and relaying information to scheduling management for file transfers
  • Liaison with Team Leaders and Production Management to handle real time workflow issues
  • Requirements

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with staff, peers and upper level local management
  • Well-organized, accurate, and precise with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in researching, reporting, tracking and monitoring.
  • Ability to multi-task with multiple priorities and timeframes.
  • Work during any shift and potentially long hours.
  • Willingness and aptitude for undergoing process training and quickly learning the environment.
  • Familiarity with financial markets and business organizational vocabulary is a plus.
  • Shift schedule : Nightshift and open to shifting schedule due to the business needs
