The Team : The Renewal Specialist will assist the Renewal Operations team on various administrative aspects of product renewals, including client outreach, gathering of usage characteristics and monitoring overall progress by producing reports for internal stakeholders.

Renewal Operations enable complex transactions and seek to maximize revenue by driving productivity and creating efficiencies across the Global Commercial Team.

The Impact : The Specialist will work closely with the clients in helping out in the renewal operations and provide support to U.S. operations

Responsibilities :

Provide assistance in the affirmation process with selected clients in compliance with CGS license agreements.

Collect and organize usage characteristics and other data to determine the value an account is receiving from our company.

Organize all aspects of the renewal for the Renewal Specialist(s), Client Services Managers and Director of Sales.

Work closely with Renewal Operations to deliver consistent and accurate messages to clients.

Works with various departments to resolve any client issues and / or questions.

Completes other assignments as required and / or assigned.

What We’re Looking For :

Basic Qualifications :

Must have excellent oral and written communication skills; coordination with clients will most likely be in emails.

Strong ability to multitask and have demonstrated strong attention to details and processes are critical to the success of the role.

Experience in Excel is a preference,

Must be willing to work in Makati.

Willing to work in a regular shift / mid shift schedule.

Preferred Qualifications :

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in any field.

At least 2 years of experience specializing in customer service, sales, lead generation, and related roles.

Experience in using Salesforce CRM is an advantage but not required.
