We wish to inform you that the DSWD-NCR, Administrative Unit has a vacant Administrative Officer II position with item no.

OSEC-DSWDB-ADOF2-138-2004 SG 11 with monthly compensation rate of Php18,549.00 .Internal staff should submit performance evaluation from immediate supervisor and Individual Performance Contract and Review (IPCR) rating which is at least very satisfactory for the last rating period (July to December 2013) :

Qualification Standards (Per CSC MC 1, s. 1997)

Education : Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job

Training : None Required

Experience : None Required

Eligibility : Career Service Professional / Second Level Eligibility

Additional Requirements / Competencies :

  • Preferably graduate of Civil Engineering / BS Mechanical Engineering / Public Administration and other related courses
  • Experience in General Services and Administration an advantage
  • Good command in English (speaking and writing)
  • Adept in preparations of reports (statistical and narrative), project proposals, contracts, letters and other documentary requirements
  • Familiar with the laws on obligations and contracts
  • With positive work attitude and can work well under pressure
  • Stewardship of Resources
  • Has commitment to Social Protection and Development
  • Flexible and with initiative
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Environment
  • Can deliver excellent results
  • Primary Functions :

  • vAssist in coordinating the General Services functions of the Division;
  • vSupervises the trips of drivers, recommends fuel allocation;
  • vTakes charge in the registration and insurance of motor vehicles, buildings supplies and materials for the Division / Unit;
  • vSupervises the upkeep and maintenance of buildings and grounds;
  • vReviews and evaluates the soundness, adequacy and application of accounting and other operating controls;
  • vPromotes the most effective control at reasonable costs and recommends corrective actions on operational deficiencies observed / discovered;
  • vPrepares periodic reports;
  • vPerforms other related tasks as maybe assigned.
