  • Job Description · Perform a variety of skilled clerical tasks, takes charge of preparation, general correspondence, typing and recording of outgoing and incoming communications and documents;
  • Compile circulars, memoranda, orders, rules and regulations and other papers and / or documents for reference; · Maintain the files in the office including those that are confidential in nature;
  • Acts as inspector of stockpile and other supplies purchases of SWAD and other projects; · Perform secretarial services when necessary;
  • and Perform other functions as assigned by immediate supervisor, ARD and Regional Director.
