The major responsibility of The Talent Assessment Manager is to assist decision-makers in the process of providing interpretation and analysis of reports generated from various assessment tools and services to address both Attraction and Optimization requirements of either individual talents and / or teams.
Accountable for the following :
As an integral part of the HR service chain, the purpose of the job is to provide analysis obtained from assessment tools and services in finding the right person for the right job, at the right time, in the right place for Talent Attraction.
Secondly, to support TL’s in the development management of their Teams. The scope of the job will range from providing support to both Attraction and Optimization, with a greater focus on Optimization.
