Job Summary The Executive Admin Assistant supports the Chief Information Officer's (CIO) office management needs to seamlessly ensure efficiency, accuracy, & consistency in handling the CIO's schedules, appointments, calls, emails, travel arrangements, reports, researches, worksheets, presentations, and other special requisites, in collaboration with support units & all other stakeholders all aligned with our organization's mission, core values, norms, & policies.

Duties / Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Execution

Supports the implementation of the CIO's annual operating plan, its strategic key actions, targets and measures of success by making needed resources and tools available to meet and / or exceed the organizational objectives and our customers' expectations

Schedules all the CIO's appointments, travel arrangements, meetings, and records its minutes, proceedings, and key notes

Liaises with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Properly screens and routes phone calls intended for the CIO office

Collaborates with other support units to ensure timeliness, and availability of data, checks requested, supplies, materials, incentives, and all other materials & tools needed for the office, its events & initiatives

Growth-focused Business, Finance & Compliance

Upholds and promotes our Teleperformance core values, norms, standard operating policies and procedures

Supports the CIO in driving & maintaining excellence & compliance to various operational systems, norms, standards, & guides

Prepares all the CIO's documentation reports and tracks its progress and completion status as needed periodically by the CIO and all other stakeholders :

  • Expense Reports Compliance Report
  • Engaged & Enabled People

    Maintains ethical practices that nurture a positive work environment conducive to attracting, retaining and motivating high potential employees at all levels

    Coordinates special projects, functions, & events led by the CIO

    Assists the CIO in leading our Employee Engagement with an effective management team's proactive plans for our people's continuous professional growth and career succession

    Performs additional work as may be required from time to time within the terms and conditions aligned to the strategic directives and foresight of the business
