Duties and Responsibilities
The Facilitator will take the lead in the actual conduct of the Project Logframe Technical Discussion for the Coastal Resilience Project.
Specifically, the Facilitator shall :
Draft the activity design of the Project Logframe Technical Discussion;
Review the existing initial logframe of the Coastal Resilience Project proposal and provide recommendations on improving the Project Logframe;
Preceding the technical discussion, conduct a discussion among the Project Development Team components of the project logframe that need to be enhanced; and
Facilitate the actual conduct of the Project Logframe Technical Discussion.
Demonstrates integrity by modeling the UN’s values and ethical standards;
Promotes the vision, mission, and strategic goals of UNDP;
Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality and age sensitivity and adaptability;

Computer literate; good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
Required Skills and Experience
University degree in Human Ecology, Economics, Public Administration, Environmental Science or Social Work and Community Development;
At least 10 years of demonstrated work experience in working with government agencies and funding institutions;
Demonstrated experience in facilitation of workshops, trainings and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) related to Monitoring and Evaluation (M and E), strategic planning and / or capacity-building
Fluency in written and spoken English and Filipino with excellent technical writing skills
Criteria for selection process :
The offer will evaluated based on the Combined Scoring method where the qualifications will be weighted a max. of 70%, and combined with the financial offer which will be weighted a max of 30%.
