The purpose of the Customer Experience Representative to create new business opportunities. The representative will prospect through outbound calling, respond to digital leads, communicate via chat, conduct client satisfaction surveys, coordinate meetings with consultants, and enrich the contact database as we transition opportunities into new business.
Job Responsibilities Outbound Campaign Activity·Support outbound sales campaigns via cold-calling and warm lead follow-up.
Research / Analysis·Research organizational and contact details for new or outdated records. Systems ·Utilize Mercer software systems to document call activity, set appointments, and maintain data hygiene.
