We currently have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and self-motivated individual to join our highly successful Innovation team based in Philippines.

Reporting to the .Manager, Natl Sales Operations & Comm, Philippines, the Sales Development Executive Mindanao is responsible for RTM operations from TPA management to RTM recommendation by Region .

RTM Recommendation translates to selling structure per TD by type of salesman per area. TDM to prepare addendum contract per TD coming from recommendation of RTM team.

Some of the key accountabilities for this role will include (but are not limited to) :

  • SDE will coordinate with the distributors and sub distributors of the whole region assigned
  • SDE will report directly to the TDM and a dotted line to the NSCM (National Sales Capability Manager)
  • No direct reports but will closely coordinate with TDEs and Distributor UDMs and TPA (Third party Agency that will do the Mapping)
  • Someone that has the credibility for the people to follow him (Influencer)
  • Overall lead and development of Route to Market of handled region
  • Qualifications

    Do you have what it takes?

  • College level, any sales or business related course
  • Minimum 3-5 years solid experience in Distributor Management specifically in handling down line channel (sari-sari stores, public markets)
  • Tap candidates from FMCG / multinational companies with strong experience in building route to market coverage, strong down line products
  • Knowledgeable in MS office
  • Advance knowledge in excel
  • Knows local dialect a plus but not required (e.g. Bisaya for Cebu or Mindanao)
