The ideal candidate is a savvy content marketing, demand generation and inbound marketing professional that continuously strives for excellence.
In this role, you will be the driving force in building and leading a high-performance content marketing team, reporting to the Vice President of Global Marketing.
This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail and project management skills. You and your team will be responsible for creating messaging and content that resonates with our target audiences, and converts prospects to leads and leads to sales.

Build and lead a content marketing center of excellence, spanning writing, design, social media, digital marketing, public relations and corporate communications.
Recruit, hire and manage a team of approximately 15 people,
Drive the content marketing strategy to generate awareness, engage target audiences, convert leads and build customer advocacy.
Manage and maintain an editorial calendar that is aligned to our buyer’s journey.
Own content success metrics and analytics, diligently measuring results, gathering insights and optimizing content to achieve goals.
Lead and inspire the creation of high-quality content : website copy, landing pages, blogs, videos, case studies, e-books, white papers, webinars, social media posts, email campaigns, etc.
Establish and optimize workflows, manage deliverables, clarify roles and responsibilities within the department, provide coaching and conduct regular performance reviews.
Represent the Marketing leadership team in meetings and discussions, ensuring the groups are working on the right things, in the right amounts, at the right times, providing oversight and guidance to projects of high importance.
Perform other duties as assigned by the VP of Marketing.
10+ years of content and digital marketing experience, preferably within a software company. B2B marketing and SaaS experience is preferred.
Experience building and leading a marketing team.
Ability to think like an educator, intuitively understanding what the audience needs to know and how they want to consume it.
Expert at transforming product features into value propositions and benefits that matter to prospective customers.
Outstanding command of the English language with excellent writing and editing skills.
Expertise in major business software applications (Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, etc.), fluency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics), marketing automation tools (HubSpot), social media marketing applications and monitoring platforms, and other tools and best practices related to content marketing.
Passion for learning new technology tools and platforms.
Proven creative thinker who generates and executes on innovative marketing ideas with limited guidance.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising or related field. MBA a plus.
