Job Summary The core responsibility Fraud Risk Assessment Supervisor is to effectively apply Risk Assessments from for each program across all Teleperformance Philippines sites.
The obligation includes related tracking and gap analysis as well as data gathering and reporting with regard to reviews and submission
Duties / Responsibilities Risk Assessments - Assists in the creation, maintenance and review of Fraud / Operations Risk Assessments
Facilitates client services / operations in completing Risk Discovery and Fraud Prevention Policy requirements specific to Operations Risk
Provides assistance in tracking SRA submissions to the Fraud Risk Assessment Team globally.
Audits current submissions and reviews previous submissions for any changes / additions depending on the frequency of the required review
Prepares periodic analytics based from the audit findings / submissions and coordinates with Fraud Risk Assessment Team
Coordinates all efforts with regard to SRA's between local Regional Operations Security and local site / program owners
Coordinates all efforts with regard to all types of risk assessment between local Regional Operations Security and local site / program owners Qualifications : Several years in call center operations (not IT or security but real operational experience)
Well respected throughout Operations in the Philippines so that they can make things happen
