We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Rider Recruitment Manager for our team in Manila. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands-

on exposure and have direct impact, then this may be the place for you! The ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant individual contributor comfortable working independently, whilst working closely with other team members.

As a Rider Recruitment Manager , you will be responsible for managing a team of rider recruiters and projects to improve performance.

This role will be based in Singapore and will report to the Head of Operations.

What’s on your menu?

  • Manage a team of recruiters
  • Responsible for the full spectrum of rider recruitment processes
  • Lead the automation and digitalization of the recruitment process, with focus on improving quality, conversion rates and lead times
  • Manage and track the performance of online / offline recruitment sources and activities, with a focus on cost optimization
  • Track and anticipate recruitment needs on an area level, as well as daily / weekly recruitment achievements
  • Standardization of SOPs across the recruitment funnel and drive to improve operational performance to ensure robustness
  • Perform full recruitment cycle : advertising, screening and interviewing
  • Manage and maintain the applicants’ record system regularly
  • Monitor competitors’ rider acquisition and retention strategies (monetary and non-monetary) on a regular basis
  • Ensure compliance with the Ministry of Manpower regulations and company policies and coordinate regular training / testing for the Operations team
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • What do you bring to the table?

  • Fluency in English and Tagalog
  • Problem solver and good analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of Philippine employment laws
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or equivalent
  • Strong initiative skills, working both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other related software
