We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Rider Recruitment Manager for our team in Manila. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands-

As a Rider Recruitment Manager , you will be responsible for managing a team of rider recruiters and projects to improve performance.
This role will be based in Singapore and will report to the Head of Operations.

Manage a team of recruiters
Responsible for the full spectrum of rider recruitment processes
Lead the automation and digitalization of the recruitment process, with focus on improving quality, conversion rates and lead times
Manage and track the performance of online / offline recruitment sources and activities, with a focus on cost optimization
Track and anticipate recruitment needs on an area level, as well as daily / weekly recruitment achievements
Standardization of SOPs across the recruitment funnel and drive to improve operational performance to ensure robustness
Perform full recruitment cycle : advertising, screening and interviewing
Manage and maintain the applicants’ record system regularly
Monitor competitors’ rider acquisition and retention strategies (monetary and non-monetary) on a regular basis
Ensure compliance with the Ministry of Manpower regulations and company policies and coordinate regular training / testing for the Operations team
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
What do you bring to the table?
Fluency in English and Tagalog
Problem solver and good analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
Good knowledge of Philippine employment laws
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or equivalent
Strong initiative skills, working both independently and as part of a team
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other related software
