Key Responsibilities Provide business support to Aurecon on a global basis;
Have a specialist understanding of Financial system requirements relating to employee record and timesheet workflow.
Have a general cross functional understanding of system requirements.
Maintain timesheet workflow process and give assurance on quality of employee data in the system.
Document existing timesheet procedures and processes.
Identify areas for improvement of process, policies, procedures and system.
Undertake regular system clean up and maintenance.
Provide support by assisting employees with any unfavourable experience.
Define and set configuration specification, test and validate proposed solutions.
Provide training and communicate on all support issues.
Provide reports on request. Also advise how to generate reports.
Allocating ticketing issues to system support members
Essential Skills and Experience
Have insight in the wider enterprise business structure and operations.
Have an in-depth knowledge to support and advice users in enterprise wide Financial systems.
Ability to deal with people.
Ability to communicate company process, policy and requirements
Ability to be authoritative and reliable when advising employees.
Be diligent in managing the weekly timesheet workflow.
Ability to give input on procedures and processes to the business due to broad experience. This could be verbal or written.
Ability to contribute additional time during key times of change
Demonstrate an ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and managers
Be an active participant in demonstrating the Aurecon Values and Behaviours
Understanding in Financial processes e.g. Accounts Payable, Timesheets (required)
Project management experience (desirable)
Knowledge and experience with enterprise wide applications such as Workday, SAP or Oracle focusing on Financials and Timesheet modules (required)
