At least 5-6 years Brand Management experience in a FMCG company. OTC experience is a plus.

Marketing Execution

  • Able to lead all aspects of demand creation with clear focus on strategy and the consumer
  • Responsible for implementation of overall marketing plan with minimal supervision
  • Has strong experience in the copy development process from market research, concept development to LINK testing and TVC production
  • Makes decisions for budget allocation based on strategy and business results and is able to confidently make recommendations to the team.
  • Able to closely track how the marketing strategies and tactics impact the business and adjust resources / activities accordingly
  • Performance and Program Metrics

  • Coordinates the development of specific metrics in collaboration with cross-functional partners for marketing plans and the start of new programs
  • Evaluates and validates multiple, complex and integrated factory, supply, consumption and financial / spending data
  • Applies analytics to determine the performance of programs and marketing activities
  • Must exhibit high level of performance or application of the following marketing competencies :

    Market, Customer & Competitor Insight

  • Demonstrates skill in gathering and interpreting information from varying resources
  • Able to derive and present sound insights that will help drive and shape brand and consumer understanding
  • Data Analysis, Interpretation & Communication

  • Proficient in data analysis and can quickly assimilate new ways of analyzing data
  • Able to synthesize and present results to the team via but not limited to the following activities : brand review, market share reporting, P&L dashboard, etc)
  • Recognizes and anticipates implication of all business data in the broader context of brand strategy
  • Must have the competent in the following marketing competencies with minimal supervision :

    Strategic & Operational Business / Market Planning

  • Able to identify and get engagement from the organization on key building blocks that can step-change the growth of his / her category
