About the Department
Institutional Retirement and Trust (IRT) is a national leader in providing total retirement management, investment management, and trust and custody services tailored to meet the needs of institutional clients and their diverse workforce.
The RM Solutions team researches and completes and drafts client notification and sends to RM. The team will also make necessary updates to the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system
About the role
Responsible for the day to day operations of a team of specialists engaged in client support servicing. Duties include ensuring that service and productivity standards and goals are met, resolving escalated issues and inquiries, reviewing tracking and monitoring reports for items requiring action, training staff, distributing work, providing escalated approvals, balancing work load and quality control.
Trains and coaches staff. May make hiring decisions. Typically a first-line supervisor.
Compiles and generates monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as well as ancillary reports as required by management.
Implement goals and initiatives as communicated by senior management to processing department.
Analyze and suggest system changes to increase efficiency and productivity within the team.
Coach and counsel team associates for peak performance.
Provide feedback for performance reviews, promote team atmosphere within the group and other departments.
Assist with the roll-out and training for new products, or policies and procedures.
Market Skills and Certifications
College graduate; completed Bachelor's Degree, any field
Graduate of Finance / Accountancy / Banking preferred but not required.
Solid US Retirement background. With relevant experience in supervising or coaching a team handling retirement management process / line of business.
