Job Description

  • Manage, supervise and lead the team of Territory Sales Representatives to achieve the assigned sales, company growth and productivity targets thru demand creation and prescription generation of Sandoz brands in an assigned district.
  • Responsibilities : 1. Manage Sales Performance

    1. Manage Sales Performance

    a.100% Peso Sales, Focus and Launch Brands

    2. Sales Force Effectiveness

    a. MD Calls, Time in Field, Average Call Per Day

    b. Exams / Detailing / Territory Business Review

    3. Sales Initiatives

    a. Sales & Marketing Program Implementation

    c. Resource Management

    4. Performance Management & People Development

    a. Competency Gap analysis, successful people development plan implementation and succession pipeline

    b. Performance Gap assessment and successful PIP implementation

    5. Compliance

    a. Global and local compliance policies and guidelines CoC, AB, COI, SP3

    Minimum requirements

  • Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in Business Administration
  • Good communication (verbal, written) in English and Filipino (Tagalog)
  • Pharma Marketing (preferably generics); medical knowledge
  • Proficiency in computer applications
  • 2 years experience as a District Manager with successful track record
  • Good understanding of the generics market and customer potential
  • Strong medical / product knowledge and selling skills
  • Effective negotiation and analytical skills
  • Strong people orientation, managing and influencing a highly competitive work force
