    Role Location : MDC 100 Building, Eastwood City, Libis, Quezon City, Philippines

    Shuttle Services provided for staff with pick up points in Cubao & Makati City

    Role Type : Full-time

    Shift Schedule : Day shift schedules will be adhered to

    As ANZ’s Customer Service Specialist for Wealth Insurance Contact Centre, you will be responsible for :

  • Providing high quality service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction by resolving the customer query at first contact and mentors peers to achieve the same
  • Taking ownership and initiative to complete necessary research and customer follow up or direct the customer to appropriate contact channel for resolution and be responsible for achieving individual targets whilst maintaining quality and compliance
  • Improving customer satisfaction by resolving customer's issues and concerns and general customer loyalty through strong knowledge of key products through incorporating needs analysis, building rapport and overcoming objections will also be expected of this role
  • About You

    To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the ff :

  • Relevant contact centre experience, preferably in financial support
  • Experience in handling insurance, financial or banking accounts is an advantage
  • Excellent English communication skills both spoken and written
  • Ability to operate under pressure with conflicting multiple priorities
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills
