Key Responsibilities :

  • Process new starter account by running a script
  • Process leavers accounts by running a script
  • Maintaining starter and leaver records for history and reports.
  • Process location / job change
  • Activating Office 365 licenses
  • Linked ADGM HC / AD account maintenance
  • Creating distribution groups
  • Giving access to shared mailboxes within Office 365
  • Paper Cut printer clean-up management
  • Name changes
  • ADGM photo import
  • Third Party Contractors on site setup
  • Rehires
  • Active Directory maintenance when required
  • Lync activated and enabling enterprise voice
  • Trouble shooting locked accounts and connection problems
  • External parties accounts clean up and reporting
  • AME signature software faults
  • Understanding Aurecon security policies regarding user account access
  • Maintain Service Now Incidents and Tasks queue for User Admin Group
  • Following Service Now KB articles
  • Attending regular meetings with your reports
  • Maintaining regular contact with customers and line managers to attain necessary information and provide updates on progress of IT related issues
  • Contribute to Aurecon’s workplace culture through the development, review and promotion of Aurecon Values
  • Other duties as requested from time to time by your direct reports

  • Tertiary qualifications in IT support
