Deutsche Knowledge Services (DKS) operates as a shared service center for Finance, Global Business Services and IT. A wholly owned subsidiary* of the Deutsche Bank Group, operating out of the Phillipinnes, DKS provides accounting, reporting, profit and loss, cost, reconciliation, MIS, risk control, information technology and operations services (including confirmations and settlements) to internal businesses worldwide.
The role lead the I&S team in managing all CCM / FSC implementations. Responsible for implementing won deals by working with the clients post-
win to actual live production of solutions. Acts as a single, consultative point of contact throughout the implementation cycle.
Facilitates the initiation, planning, execution and evaluation, coordinating all communication and associated documentation between internal stakeholders and the clients.
Works hand-in-hand with the clients in coordinating clients’ acceptance testing, and also assisting in the implementation of more complex product solutions for clients.
Manages systems / products installations at client sites. Manages on-going technical support for the clients, including product installation, client training, and maintenance and incident resolution.
Liaison between Product Management and IT on systems testing in area of defining client needs and requirements. Works closely with Product Management and L2 to resolve any product related issues and incidences.
Participates in client calls to evaluate and address non-standard client requirements where necessary. Reviews client needs and competitor capabilities to provide regular feedback to Product Management for new product / features enhancements / development.
The role provides pre-sales support such as RfPs. Manages implementation pipelines promptly / timely. Ensure that pricing details are included in each deal.
Responsible for planning, organizing, controlling and reporting all the project activities and communicating regularly on the progress and issues.
Coordinates product issues with designated Product Managers, and participates in Regulatory meetings pertaining to product matters.
The candidate must have university degree and has professional experience for 3-4 years (6-8 for an AVP) in Cash Management and at least 2 years’ experience in an Implementation & Service environment.
Individual has a strong communication and inter-personal skills. Client centricity and ability to handle clients and build a strong rapport.
The candidate must be fluent in English and has an analytical capabilities, logical thinking and strong training and presentation skills.
Will require interaction with customers and branch at senior level .Team player : be part of a global team, communicating, managing and cooperating closely on a local / regional / global level.
Has strong Project Management skills and Intercultural experience.
