Job Description

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment of non-agent executives

Responsibilities :

  • Performs the full recruitment cycle of the manpower requirements for business support positions from sourcing of potential candidates (resume mining / networking), screening, interviewing, scheduling with hiring managers, conducting job offers, updating reports and assisting candidates to interviews
  • End to end recruitment process for internal various accounts
  • Ensures that all headcount requirements by the assigned department or account are met within the set time
  • Attends regular business meetings to access ramp requirements
  • Maintains reports and database for recruitment process
  • Provide timely and accurate feed back / reports to hiring stakeholders
  • Respond and provide helpful answers and feed back to candidate inquiries and concerns via email and / or phone calls
  • Manage accounts assigned to him / her
  • Performs other related functions from time to time as assigned by the supervisor or manager
  • Qualifications :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree
  • At least 1 to 2 years solid working experience in the related field is required, preferably in a BPO setting
  • Professional, with sense of urgency , reliable, professional and highly engaging individual
  • Can interact with people at any given level
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interviewing skills
  • Must be willing to work in different sites of the company, if needed
