Position Summary :
Manage and exceed customer expectations through the microchipDIRECT sales channel.
Job Essential Functions :
Answers phone and e-mail requests for site guidance support, order support, change requests to orders, RMA’s and other questions that may arise from customers ordering via www.microchipDIRECT.com
Assist microchipDIRECT customers as necessary to maintain and win business for the Company
Act as a liaison between customers and the factory
Gather, summarize, and share sales-related information to the microchipDIRECT and others within the Microchip organization.
Contact customers on an outbound business to solicit business.
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin.) Cantonese would also be useful.
BS degree or Five plus years experience in call service industry
Familiar with semiconductor business a plus
Strong knowledge in Microsoft Windows applications in Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Access
Self-starter, detail oriented, and positive attitude
Special Requirements :
Hours must be flexible to accommodate communication with overseas team members.
Minimum Physical Qualifications :
Must possess the ability to stand 10%, walk 10%, sit 80%.
