JOB DESCRIPTION- Responsible for creating organizational training strategies / team building and formation programs, implementation and assessment of the results as to effectiveness and lasting impact.
This Training and Education must cater to the objectives of the internal and external clients.
This training will also be use to improve the competencies of the emplyees of the company.
This Training and Education will be sold to public and private institutions, from here, the Training and Development Manager will set his quota and applicable commission on top of the Basic Salary.
Manage the strategy, executuion, and delivery of training programs accross diverse businesses; plan, organize, and direct training and development programs for the employees of different industries / people from awide range of organizations, institutions or even communities for the purpose of increasing individual and organizational performance and also for the purpose of improving employee morale while simultaneously enhancing their skills.
QUALIFICATIONS - Must have a bachelor's degree in Training and Development, Psychology, Education, Human Resources and Development Management, Business or any other related field.
An equivalent work experience with the same capacity can also be considered for the position. - Must have atleast 5-6 years of work experience (in the same capacity) developing custumized training programs within a large structured and complex business environment.
Suitable candidate must have an experience working with Learning Management System (LMS) and experienced in performance measurement, adult learning and needs assessment.
Communication skills, both in written and verbal form are a neccessity for this position. -Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) which are all necessary in the creation of both visually and verbally engaging training materials and reports for the Management committee as well as for the customers / clientele.
Proven ability to locate, analyze, assess training needs in diverse businesses, translating those needs into achievable training initiatives;
at the same time, has the ability to assess the performance of existing training programs identifying points of improvement and developing new and improves strategies and initiatives.
Ability to work both independently and in group setting, be able to work comfortably in a highly collaborative setting, has keen attention to detail, proactive (going beyond the call of duty), has a strong sense of personal accountability, and demonstrates composure in times of uncertainty.
Highly capable of making deep and meaningful connection with people of diverse cultures and upbringing; a likable and relatable individual who is able to earn the trust of others, hence, making it easier for them to trust fully, understand and follow the implemented training strategies, programs, and initiatives. Salary : P50-60k
