MAIN JOB PURPOSE : The role is responsible for developing the business in priority channels and delivering against sales targets in a given territory JOB SUMMARY

  • Account management : Develops effective business relationships with assigned key partners / customers and drives Unilever’s agenda
  • Frontline Salesforce management : Manages and leads local 3P salesforce operations to execute repeatable brilliant basics and to deliver sales targets
  • After-sales service management : Manages and leads local 3P service personnel to meet service efficiency targets and achieve customer satisfaction
  • Supply management : Works with national distributor to ensure stock availability in key channels at the right time and at the right quantity
  • Overall Business development : Responsible for overall business in assigned territory, which includes budget & cost management KEY REQUIREMENTS
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in field sales in FMCG or telco company
  • Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills to lead his local area team to success
  • Has entrepreneurial drive and willing to be accountable for delivering results
  • Driven a strong sense of purpose and desire to make a positive contribution to society
  • Willing to do heavy field work
  • Must know how to drive
