Job Description

  • Achievement of annual targets (product sales and market share, management results by tracking and analyzing sales performance and marketing controlled expenses vis-a-vis target by product.
  • Continuously monitor market developments to account for product performance, support strategic directions and implement action plans.
  • Recommend tactical and / or ad-hoc programs and activities to develop and improve relationship with key doctors and customers.
  • Develop plans and marketing objectives, support strategies and tactics based on through review of the market dynamics.
  • Coordinate with sales force and other functional work groups to ensure product plans are implemented.
  • Minimum requirements

    4 year course preferably Business, Marketing or Allied Science

    Good written and spoken English

    At least 1 year experience in brand management in pharmaceutical industry
