  • Answer and route incoming phone calls
  • Greet customers and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
  • Open, sort and deliver mail, scan and file documents
  • Help maintain workplace security
  • Manage inventory of company office supplies Qualifications :
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to work well with teammates in a quick-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both orally and written.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products
