GHD is looking for HR Technical Champions to join our Shared Services team based in our Cebu office. Reporting to the HR Business Improvement Manager, you will be accountable for ensuring all client needs are met within the SLA of the services contracted and monitoring and reporting on Quality.
Work schedule : 12pm 9pm / 9pm 6am
Core functions of the role include :
Monitor phones and ensure all calls are handled efficiently and effectively
Track workload to ensure all SLA’s are achieved
Track monitor and report on breaches and incidents (including quality)
Serve as primary liaison and escalation point between clients and team
Provide guidance with the handling of client issues or concerns that are of a more challenging nature
Provide training and mentoring of new team members / People Teams
Prepare system and process instructions and documentation as required
Ensure smooth handover shift to shift
Undertake tasks as assigned to you within HCM system
Assist on other tasks or projects as required
To be successful in the role you will ideally have :
Service delivery orientation
Well-developed communication skills both oral and written
Ability to work under pressure, plan and prioritise workload
Display Initiative and problem solving ability
Ability to learn from mistakes and adapt to future situations
Ability to balance multiple projects / initiatives running concurrently
Proven experience in achieving deadlines
