As part of our growth, your tasks will be :

  • Providing administrative support to the Sales Network.
  • Maintains the trackers managed by Sales Support up to date and accurate.
  • Responsibilities may be covered with, but not limited to, the following activities;
  • Workforce Group
  • Monitors and ensures SA / DSM on-boarding and deployment process is

  • POS Opening Group
  • Ensures all departments are on top of their SLAs for POS Opening Process.

    Ensures documents received for POS Opening are processed and archived

    properly and timely

    Manages distribution of marketing materials and POS Supply aswell as

    maintaining of sufficient stock inventory for all materials.

    Consolidation and releasing of request for POS Supplies and Marketing

  • Call-Out Group
  • At least 70% daily connect rate.

    Provides motivational call for SAs and DSMs.

    You know you are the perfect fit if you are :

  • College / bachelor’s degree is an advantage but not a requirement.
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Application
  • Able to handle multiple task assignment.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and in a fast paced environment.
  • Able to adapt quickly.
