The position will provide analytical support, research, and administrative support in developing corporate strategy, defining marketing plans, and initiating key projects from the plan.

Responsibilities include research of various business subjects, industries, and marketing opportunities, preparing reports or summaries of business performance for key management, coordinating or assisting with marketing events, and providing administrative support for management reviews with key clients, business partners and brokers.

This position may also be responsible for the customer relationship management activities such as hosting current or prospective customer visits, preparing management reports, and creating business presentations, case studies or business overviews.

  • The AIG Marketing Analyst provides support for a variety of activities across the spectrum of marketing (Consumer & Commercial), Client & Broker Engagement, Corporate Communications, and Business Development.
  • He / She works directly with the CEO, the Head of Marketing (BCM), Corporate Communications Head, Commercial Profit Center Leaders, the Consumer Distribution Head, and various other business managers.
  • The candidate will develop a solid understanding of AIG Philippines' insurance business and develop momentum in AIG's brand presence in the market.
  • As such, this is a developmental role for the future career paths within AIG.

    What we are looking for

  • 3- 10 years of experience in communications, marketing, advertising, brand management and / or product development showing career progression and increased levels of responsibility
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; should be comfortable with writing / drafting content for key communications
  • Demonstrated team collaboration skills with proven ability to lead, motivate and gain commitment and results from committee.
  • matrix reports and peer team-members

  • Should be a self-starter and strategic thinker with the ability to quickly prioritize and synthesize information for use with multiple audiences
  • Advance skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • BA and international company experience is preferred
