REPORTING LINE Internet Marketing Supervisor SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Com and SGS websites Optimize implementation and monitoring of web analytics on the corporate website (covers V2 and V3) Identify effective and ineffective website elements and recommend improvements specific to conversion rates, user experience / user satisfaction, retention, etc.
Work with the Internet Marketing Team Supervisor in the development and enhancement of benchmark criteria against competitors for SEO, Paid Search and Social Media metrics Performs testing and analysis on new / applicable web analytics tools and other various Internet Marketing tools Generate regular weekly / monthly reports to pre-
agreed specifications covering analysis of web analytics, and search marketing data, trends, opportunities, etc. Work with the Internet Marketing Team Supervisor for the continuous enhancement of current internal processes, methodologies and systems of the Internet Marketing Team and SGS.
