Responsibilities : The Analyst is responsible for processing simple and complex transactions within set procedures and guidelines prescribed.
Works with other Operations Groups to ensure all exceptions are monitored and corrected within an agreed timeframe. Expected to solve simple issues and refer more complex problems to supervisors / experts for assistance.

A college or university degree and / or 0-2+ years of relevant work experience
