Country Sales Manager accountable for overall sales performance for Jabra Consumer products in PhilippineKey Responsibilities :
Meet quarterly and annual Revenue, Contribution, and KPI (Key Performance Indicator) targets
Establishing and cultivating healthy relationships with the major channel partners with an aim to increase revenue generation and profitability for the business
Work with the current local distributor to develop a quarterly sales plan for the major Channel Partners
Identifying and driving new business through partnerships, alliances and strategic opportunities
Develop and drive demand generation campaign programs for Jabra products
Frequent channel visits to pitch sales opportunities and drive sell-thru with partners.
Additional Responsibilities :
Actively grow Jabra presence and consumer product market share
Optimise channel coverage brand share and visibility
Identify and cultivate new channels in new territories
Develop Go-To-Market plans on new product launch.
Provide feedback on pricing and competition
Proven track record of successful channel sales growth and results
Experience in developing productive and mutually beneficial partnerships. Preferably from the IT / Mobile retail industry, i.
e. have existing relationships with retailer buyers
Strong understanding of retail channel structure, distribution concepts, and retail cycles
Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment independently and remotely with team members
Have passion and interest in electronic gadgets or mobile devices.
Confident individual with a Go-Getter mentality with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
