The HR and Admin Manager manages Bell-Kenz’ human resources in all areas of the HR and Admin function Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Company-

wide Internal Communications, Organizational Development, and Office Administration

People Management and Managerial Functions : Manages HR and Admin Personnel in the performance of all HR and Admin functions In-

  • charge of Performance Management and Competency Development of HR and Admin personnel Conducts Daily Huddle with HR Team Cascades corporate information, processes, programs, and systems to team members timely and effectively Address HR and Company Issues within the bounds of one’s authority Leads and ensures HR and Admin personnel’s compliance to company policies and standard operating procedure Assess and develops HR policies, processes, and systems (from root cause analysis to implementation) Quarterly Business Review Reviews HR reports Recruitment Reviews and validates BK manpower requirements Monitors implementation of recruitment to deployment process Provides evaluation of applicants and ensures the placement of qualified and competent personnel in vacant areas within the lead time Reviews and gets approval on employee movement (horizontal, vertical, spatial) Employee Relations Reviews, recommends, and approves programs to develop and inculcate on the employees the corporate image, culture, and values the company desires its employees to possess;
  • and to keep and upgrade employee morale and strengthen employee working relationship through Employee Relations activities Give opportunities for airing out grievances;
  • attend to employee concerns and queries Recommends a plan of action regarding employee engagement levels and lead in its implementation Communicates to the employees in behalf of the management and vice versa Analyzes causes of attrition;
  • proposes and implements retention activities Compensation and Benefits Develops and manages the company’s people philosophy and total rewards philosophy (Job Rationalization) with appropriate confidentiality Ensures abidance to Philippine Government Laws Reviews and approves the provision of in-

    house benefits in accordance with the policies approved by Higher Management and the Board of Directors Labor Relations Reviews and performs appropriate actions to resolve cases

    Reviews recommended disciplinary actions Conducts admin forum depending on job level and gravity of case Organizational Development Approves and reviews the output from the Performance Management System Formulates organizational policies, processes, and systems proposals Coordination and Collaboration with : Executive Office on human resource policies, processes, and systems All Department Heads on manpower requirements Technical Job Requirements : Computer Literacy Knowledge on all HR facets Familiarity to Philippine Labor Laws and Government-
