WHAT THIS JOB ENTAILS
The position is responsible for assisting customers' inquiries, requests or complaints (IRC) via phone-in, walk-in, and e-mail.
Monitors and tracks inbound IRC's and provide daily / weekly and monthly reports.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing, Commerce of equivalent
Has good service orientation and with pleasing personality
Flexible and can work with limited supervision
Have good communication skills both oral and written
