  • Control accounting and auditing; Accounts Reconciliation; Investigative engagements and case resolution
  • Responsible for accurate and timely processing of complex claims according to policy provisions and standard operating procedures while meeting published quality and productivity standards.
  • Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily investigation and monthly reconciliation of suspense accounts.
  • Process US daily tax remittance including journal entries.
  • Process E-treasury Wire Transfer and Deposit, manual JETS / Apollo entries as necessary to clear suspense variances on a timely basis.
  • Provide detailed monthly analysis of outstanding balances in the Balance Sheet Package
  • Ensure suspense balances are maintained within Corporate standards (IFRS and NAIC) for each account.
  • Work with various internal staff to identify discrepancies and clear items in a timely manner
  • Responsible for providing documentation and analysis related to suspense accounts, to both internal and external auditors
  • Provide timely responses to Business Unit queries on related work
  • Qualifications

  • Knowledge / Skills / Competencies / Education :
  • University graduate in Accounting / Finance, professional accounting designation (CPA) is preferred
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a finance role is an asset
  • Additional Details

  • The candidate must be willing to report for a night shift schedule
  • The candidate must be willing to report in Diliman, Quezon City.
