For our newly formed Shared Service Center organisation we are looking for an experienced HR Org. Management & Reporting Specialist with good knowledge of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
The Specialist will be responsible for master data changes, data quality, compliance and operating procedures.
Executes changes to employee and organizational master data , performs initial employee and organization master data setup, performs data validations and periodic data maintenance
Perform mass updates as required
Works with business units and process experts to resolve master data issues
Ensure data quality, compliance and consistency of master data across business systems. Manages internal and external audits in the area of responsibility
Executes governance and upholds data quality standards
System monitoring and user management related activities
Participates in projects and initiatives across multiple functional areas and regions
Support the business with required procedures, submit incidents and change requests when needed
Assists business process experts in defining standard operating procedures, process flows and related documentation
Participates in continuous improvement of processes and systems within MDM HR from a business perspective.
During the organisation’s start-up phase the specialist will also be involved in data cleansing and data migraton activities from legacy HR systems into SuccessFactors.
Furthermore HR reporting activities, i.e. generating HR reports from master and transactional data for the HR organization and business partners, will be part of the role during the first months.

2-3 years working with master data management, in particular employee and organisation data.
Shared Service Center experience
Specific knowledge around SAP HCM (PA / OM) and ideally also SuccessFactors Employee Central
Able to understand and investigate topics related to multiple business areas
Analytically minded and methodical problem solver
Very good interpersonal skills with excellent customer service and can do mentality, while also able to uphold governance on SOPs and data compliance
Process orientation and user satisfaction attitude
Able to efficiently prioritize work and timely inform stakeholders on the progress
Experience working within a multi-cultural environment
Strong written and communication skills in English language
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
