  • Manages the Recruitment Supervisor and Officers individual KPIs.
  • Manages the onboarding officer to ensure seamless integration of new distributors to the company.
  • Development, execution and overall communication of employee engagement activities.
  • Lead Distribution Internal Mobility Program
  • Manages the PWM Manager and team to ensure seamless execution of PWM initiatives in Distribution
  • Providing guidance and counseling on performance management initiatives; and developing, coordinating, and implementing workforce development and succession planning programs
  • Qualifications

  • Must have experience in Performance Management, Retention Strategies
  • Experienced in Sales
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, any field.
  • At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably CEO / SVP / AVP / VP / Directors specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
