We wish to inform you that the DSWD-National Capital Region is inviting applicants for the vacant positions with details as follows :

A.Position : One (1) Administrative Officer V

Place of Assignment : Budget Section- Field Office

Salary Grade : 18

Item Number : OSEC-DSWDB-ADOF5-137-2004

Compensation : Php 31,351.00

B. Minimum Qualification Standards (Per CSC MC 1, s. 1997)

Education : Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job

Training : Eight (8) hours of relevant training

Experience : Two (2) years of relevant experience

Eligibility : CS Professional / Second Level Eligibility

Primary Functions :

vDirects and coordinates the coordinates the activities of the Budget Section.

vPrepares and submits budget proposal of the Field Office

vPrepares and submits Work and Financial Plan of the Field Office.

vPrepares and submits to the Department of Budget and Management a request for special budget.

vGives technical advice to the Field Director, Heads of Center, institution and the LGUs regarding financial matters.

vDoes monitoring activities to the centers, institutions and LGUs. Submit periodical reports.

vReviews and signs correspondence of the section

vPerforms other incidental functions

  • Valid PRC Report of Rating and License (if applicable)
  • Civil Service Certificate of Eligibility (if applicable)
  • Internal staff should submit performance evaluation from immediate supervisor and performance rating which is at least very satisfactory for the last rating period (January to December 2014) :

    Request for extension of submission will not be entertained. Applicants who failed to submit the complete requirements are considered disqualified.

    In view of the volume of applications received by the Department only qualified applicants shall be notified for examinations.
