Provide process support to the team and assistance to the team leader by being the subject matter expert on the process he / she is handling.

  • Provide support to team by being the subject matter expert
  • Prepare, update and approve new and existing process desktop procedures (DTPs)
  • Maintain coordination with onshore team in the creation and / or revisions of DTPs
  • Support operations management team in handling complaints and incidents
  • Support CSOs in the processing transactions
  • Manage and execute training needs of existing team and new hires
  • Initiate and implement programs that will improve and maintain required Quality Assurance Performance levels of the business unit
