Department Overview

The Capability and Competence Hub EGS (CACHE) aims to provide flexible resourcing and competency building capabilities in support of the EGS model.

CACHE provides team members the opportunity to work with different Lines of Business, and gain exposure into different domains.

Based on the various term projects, team members will be provided the opportunity to be placed into challenging environments and projects.

About the Role

The role is responsible for coordinating activities and resources in support of technical projects. Tracks and reports project and ensures completion of assigned actions.


  • Responsible for coordinating activities and resources in support of technical projects that impact multiple departments, systems and / or workflows with moderate to high risk and complexity or multiple projects simultaneously with lesser risk and complexity.
  • Uses technical experience such as Desktop, Networking and other technical applications and knowledge of technical project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques to ensure all projects adhere to high quality standards, meet customer expectations, are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Tracks and reports project and budget status; ensures completion of assigned actions.
  • Identifies project / production issues and works with project team to provide solutions or escalates to avoid project delays.
  • Compiles and maintains project documentation and issues log; coordinates implementation activities within or across department(s).
  • Works with client groups to identify training needs and arranges and / or delivers training.
  • Works with project teams to document processes and procedures.
  • Monitors and / or enhances websites to host project documents, reports, and related information.
  • Serves as primary point of contact for project information and updates.
  • Market Skills and Certifications

    Essential Qualifications

  • Previous experience with managing project coordination / implementation needs in remote locations
  • Ability to lead and communicate in meetings as well in communications to a wide scope of customers, constituents and vendors
  • SharePoint, MS Excel knowledge
  • Experience in Service Desk Management
  • Amenable to work on a night shift
  • College graduate or Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • APAC
