Operational Excellence

  • Accurate and timely quality checking of transactions processed or completed by the assigned BU
  • Report critical error findings to avoid recurrence
  • Track reported errors from clients and distributors
  • Use quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance of team and individual
  • Participate in process calibration and training
  • Participate in and pass the quality checking calibration
  • Provide feedback to the Quality Analyst and QA manager on urgent findings and improvement ideas
  • When necessary, assist the QA and manager in data gathering
  • Support other QCs in case of work overload or absence (this will be forward-looking when we have cross-trained checkers and analysts)
  • Customer Centricity

  • Participate in customer engagement programs to understand customer needs and expectations
  • Make recommendation on enhancements to improve the overall customer experience
  • Educational Qualification : Graduate of a 4-year Bachelor's degree

    Relevant Experience :

  • 2 years’ work experience as a Customer Service Representative
  • Process knowledge an advantage
  • Insurance background is a plus
  • Quality checking or related experience is a plus
  • Other Requirements :

  • Must be proficient with MC Office
  • Must be familiar with Customer Service tools and navigation
