The Talent Attraction Associate is responsible for the end-to-end candidate management, from sourcing talents to on-boarding, for all vacancies across the Group.
Responsibilities includes but not limited to :
Supports Group Attraction team in understanding hiring needs and execute sourcing and recruiting strategies for assigned requisitions.
Source and interview candidates for AEV and AEV-managed business units.
Provide positive candidate experience in the execution of the end-to-end recruitment process.
Provide recruitment support to Groupwide Executive Hiring, from sourcing to scheduling of interviews.
Collaborate with attraction partners and hiring managers in order to understand the support that they need.
Actively participate in all talent attraction initiatives of the team.
Bachelor's / College Degree, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related course.
At least 2 to 3 years of working experience.
Experience in Sourcing and Recruitment.
Familiarity with recruitment tools and systems (job boards, social media, and other sourcing channels).
Vendor Management Skills
Good verbal and written English communication skills.
Ability to interact with small groups
Strong Analytical skills
