Essential and optional requirements
Graduate of Sales & Marketing, Business Management, Hotel Management or equivalent
At least two (2) years in the same capacity or relevant working experience.
Effective communication, guest relations, selling and negotiating skills.
Promote the hotel & chain of hotels within assigned area.
Accountable for booking individual and / or group business.
Responsible in managing, converting and developing new client base.
Submit weekly sales report, itinerary, entertainment schedule and monthly expenses.
Coordinate with other Departments in arranging accommodation, services and special events for group business.
Provide after-sales service and address guest concerns.
