Duties & Responsibilities
Directly reports to the Repair Specialists Group (RSG) Supervisors
Ensures circuit boards are applied with the specified rework soldering job types
Ensures the use of proper tools and equipment in the execution of rework processes
Interprets rework soldering Engineering Change Order (ECO) through related databases
Collaborates with Team Leader and team members in the conduct of the various rework and soldering processes
Meet with the groups' and individual's operational goals and deliverables
Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma in Electronics, BS in Industrial Technology major in Electronics, or any related course.
Having extensive soldering experience is an advantage (at least 1year).
Strong soldering concepts and skills for Printed Circuit Boards. Surface mounted technology (SMT) and through-hole components.
Must have good manual dexterity in order to perform mechanical assembly and soldering operations.
Experience in machine operations and knowledgeable in handling Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) sensitive devices
Proficient in computer operation, MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Visio, etc),and familiarity with internet based program navigation, with ability to generate and interpret computer data.
Ability to handle multi-tasking in a lean production environment.
Must be able to speak, read and write in English.
