  • To develop, plan, implement and evaluate initiatives that will lead to consumer acquisition, retention and loyalty.
  • To manage and administer the system for consumer feedback, respond efficiently to consumer complaints and contribute to the continuing process improvement in the organization.
  • REQUIREMENTS :

  • Graduate of a 4-year course preferably Major in Business Management, Marketing, Social Science. Masters Degree is an advantage
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience in customer care management role; preferably Assistant Manager / Manager specializing in Public Relations / Communications or equivalent.
  • Should possess solid problem solving skills and excellent management skills
  • Knowledgeable on customer relation techniques, tools and their application
