Job Specifications :

  • Recognized by the customer as a single point of contact for JG Summit Business Unit IT Heads. This includes A / R collection, incident report and delivery service report.
  • Responsible for the operations delivery, Service Level attainment, all contracted obligations, and relationship management at the JG Summit Shared Service delivery level.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day relationship with JG Summit Business Unit IT Heads on all delivery issues and interfacing with IGBS key support group and HP service towers for service satisfaction.
  • Manages new service opportunities and requests for service from JG Summit Business Units.
