DUTIES

The Executive Sous Chef is responsible to assist the Executive Chef for the overall administration and operation of the Kitchen in order to achieve excellent quality of food and guest satisfaction including the maximization of profits through establishment of quality standards and maintenance of high staff morale.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Physically fit, neat and well groomed
  • Passionate, caring and fun
  • Proficient in oral and written English, articulate
  • Preferably has attained a degree in Culinary and Hotel Management
  • Has at least 5 years Culinary Management Experience and in an international class hotel
  • Effective managerial and leadership skills, outgoing and people person, motivator with effective human relations skills, team builder, self-
  • starter and with business acumen and financial knowledge

  • Preferably has knowledge of ISO 22000 : 2005 - Food Safety Management System
