Shows courtesy to all incoming or outgoing customers Handles customer inquiries including phone inquiries and directing them to appropriate party Receives and processes all payments according to standard procedures Examines products being purchased for damages and price accuracy before releasing the product to the customer Handles cash, credit or debit transactions between customer and retail store Answers routine billing questions / issues from customers Assists in the opening and closing of a retail location which includes and but not limited to cash handling and deposits Trains and supervises new cashiers Assists in the maintenance of store front and retail displays Submits reports regularly, i.e.

daily, weekly, monthly as required Communicates with the management team regarding customer requests or concerns Assumes the responsibilities of the OIC in case of OIC’s absence Performs other functions deemed necessary by management College level Preferably with at least 1 year cashiering experience With high mathematical and analytical skills Attentive to details Can work with less supervision Willing to work in shift
