Job Purpose :

Successfullyexecute and implement the strategic plans for the segment within the agreedtimelines

KeyResponsibilities :

Formulate and implement marketing programs forthe Young Market Segment (Young Affluent Families and Young SingleProfessionals) that will deliver revenue and attract new customers

Develop strong partnerships with keystakeholders (ex. Distribution channels) to drive strategy buy-in that willlead to successful implementation of marketing programs

Put in place the metrics needed to ensure thatperformance of programs are closely monitored

Maximize internal and external resources todeliver compelling marketing programs that could include offline and online collaterals,advertising, PR, sales toolkits and trainings

Work with various groups (advertising, PRagency, outsourced vendors, etc) and marketing colleagues to execute marketingplans

Segment Strategy

oOverall segment development

Design marketing strategies considering marketresearch, distribution and industry environment, to capture target market

Define further segmentation within Worksitemarket

Ensure translation of segment strategies intobrand, product, and distribution tactical initiatives with respective responsiblebusiness units

Define and / or influence desired sales process(AXA sol, MABI, iON, etc.) and customer journey for worksite market by workingwith relevant units Distribution, CEX, Operations, Digital team, front-line

Identify and acquire strategic partnerships, opportunitiesto increase reach in corporate and employee market

oNew product development

Initiate researches that will uncover Worksitecorporate level and employee level customers’ needs and wants

Conceptualize relevant customer propositions

Collaborate with Products and Pricing team tofinalize design

Manage lead and customer acquisition touchpoints, develop optimal nurturing to fulfillment process

Coordinate with various internal and externalstakeholders to implement launch programs

oSupport Distributor channel to drive sales

Work closely with Distribution channel

Work with Training team to supplementdistributor learning on Segment’s areas of expertise

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably inMarketing, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or other relatedcourses

Minimum 3-5 years experience specializing inmarketing, brand management, customer segment development or related

Insurance exposure / experience is an advantage

Strong understanding of relevant consumer anddistribution trends

Ability to demonstrate measurable results : results-oriented

Very good people and management skills tointeract with staff, senior management, colleagues and cross-functional teams

Ability to lead across cross-functional teams

With financial understanding

With exposure to worksite or corporate market

Proficient in MS Office applications (esp inExcel and Powerpoint)

Excellent Communication Skills (oral / written)
