As a Customer Service Executive in Makati, you will make sure customers’ expectations are exceeded, and support account managers on issues related to customer needs.
A week in the life of the Customer Service Executive :
Do Order management which includes artwork and sample card processing, RMA, preparation and releasing of orders in ERP, creation of Interco PO
Handling order and shipment issues from Customer / Sales / Planner / TC / Marketing.
Maintain and update customer delivery information in CR system
Risk Order management.
Data recording of quality issue / complain in I-Care System
Reviews and monitors order status and confirm order schedule to relevant parties
Prepare weekly report & issue invoices
Customer Interface between Gemalto internal parties.
Support some ERP & Process improvement project.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience :
To do this job, you must be proficient ERP, Microsoft Office, have basic knowledge in contract management, export, sales knowledge and logistics
We would appreciate if you had CRM experience, ERP knowledge, knowledge of smartcards
You need to be fluent in English and local language

You need to have a Degree in Business or related,
