General Description

As a Customer Service Executive in Makati, you will make sure customers’ expectations are exceeded, and support account managers on issues related to customer needs.

A week in the life of the Customer Service Executive :

  • Do Order management which includes artwork and sample card processing, RMA, preparation and releasing of orders in ERP, creation of Interco PO
  • Handling order and shipment issues from Customer / Sales / Planner / TC / Marketing.
  • Maintain and update customer delivery information in CR system
  • Risk Order management.
  • Data recording of quality issue / complain in I-Care System
  • Reviews and monitors order status and confirm order schedule to relevant parties
  • Prepare weekly report & issue invoices
  • Customer Interface between Gemalto internal parties.
  • Support some ERP & Process improvement project.
  • Knowledge, Skills & Experience :

  • To do this job, you must be proficient ERP, Microsoft Office, have basic knowledge in contract management, export, sales knowledge and logistics
  • We would appreciate if you had CRM experience, ERP knowledge, knowledge of smartcards
  • You need to be fluent in English and local language
  • We would like someone to join our team who is customer-oriented, organized, autonomous, team player, has excellent verbal and written communication skills, works well under pressure
  • You need to have a Degree in Business or related,
  • We are looking for someone with 1-3 years of experience in customer service or related role.
